Customer Success Executive

As a full-time remote Customer Success Executive, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, focusing on onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth of Red Hat's offerings while maximizing customer value realization. Key responsibilities Establish trusted advisor relationships with customer executives and stakeholders to align Red Hat's activities with their business goals Develop and implement customer success strategies, ensuring maximum value from subscriptions and minimizing churn through engagement and education Collaborate across various teams to deliver on customer success strategies and advocate for customer needs within the organization Required qualifications 7 years of account management or customer success experience, preferably in the enterprise software industry Proven ability to cultivate relationships with key customers and deliver subscription value Experience leading large projects and addressing complex business challenges Solid understanding of open source software solutions and enterprise technical support processes Familiarity with Salesforce.com and other customer relationship management tools
