It is required to hold a state license in Texas and be previously enrolled in Texas Medicaid.

Compensation: This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly position.

• Clinical rate: $40-$54/hour: Covers both direct sessions and documentation time.

Schedule and flexibility: Design your own schedule around your needs and lifestyle. Depending upon your availability, a part-time hourly or flexible PRN role may be available. Our clients typically seek services after 3:30pm weekdays and early mornings/afternoons on weekends.

What you'll do

• Provide remote speech therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population

• Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable's clinical tools and platform

• Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement

• Complete all documentation accurately and on time

• Participate in required training and team communication

• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity

Requirements

• CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) and individual NPI number

• Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)

• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms

• Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings

• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently

• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
