As QA Manager, you’ll lead quality strategy across web, APIs, SDKs, and integrations—ensuring every release is stable, secure, and audit-ready. Responsibilities Own QA strategy and test coverage across products (web CMP, dashboard, SDKs, integrations). Build release readiness gates and improve pre‑release confidence with automation. Lead regression planning and manage risk‑based testing for compliance‑sensitive changes. Partner with Engineering to reduce bugs through better tooling, process, and test design. Define quality metrics and drive continuous improvement. Requirements 6+ years QA experience with 2+ years leading QA or test automation programs. Strong knowledge of automated testing practices (API/UI/mobile as applicable). Experience working with CI/CD and release workflows. Ability to design quality strategy for a multi‑surface SaaS product. Strong communication and organizational skills.
