Human Resources Specialist

As a Full-Time Human Resources Specialist at Community Behavioral Healthcare, LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will center on supporting and strengthening our workforce through effective human resources practices. You will oversee key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring that all processes align with organizational goals and regulatory standards. You will partner with leadership to support staffing strategies, workforce planning, and the development of a positive and engaged workplace culture.
In this role, you will manage the onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization while reinforcing our mission, values, and expectations.
