Design and implement supportive compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure legal compliance, safeguarding our organization's integrity
2+ years of HR experience (SHRM/PHR certifications a plus).
- Bachelor's degree (or 4+ years of experience).
- HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
