Certified Pharmacy Technician

Pharmacy Floor TechnicianWe are seeking a Pharmacy Floor Technician to support daily prescription fulfillment in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. This role is responsible for accurately picking, labeling, scanning, packaging, and preparing prescriptions for final pharmacist verification.Schedule40 hours per week — five 8-hour shiftsMonday–Friday: 12:00 PM–8:30 PMSaturday–Sunday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PMIncludes 2–3 weekends per monthOvertime, holidays, and additional weekend hours may be requiredKey ResponsibilitiesAccurately fill and process daily medication orders under pharmacist supervisionPick medications from shelves and designated storage areasApply labels to blister cards and scan products for accuracyPackage medications and materials for dispensingPrepack frequently ordered medications as neededProcess returned medications according to department proceduresMaintain workstations and replenish pharmacy suppliesReport scanning or product issues to the pharmacistFollow HIPAA, safety, attendance, and departmental policiesRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentActive, clear Texas Pharmacy Technician LicenseCertified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certificationAbility to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishAbility to work efficiently at a moderate pacePrevious pharmacy technician experience preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive hand/finger movements throughout the workday. May occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. and work extended hours as needed.
