Sr. Solutions Consultant

Job Summary The Sr Solutions Consultant plays a crucial role in collaborating with prospects and clients to address pain points within their current operational framework. Their primary goal is to secure new business by showcasing how the Clearwater/Enfusion solution effectively resolves issues and enhances the overall value of their operations. As an integral member of the sales team, the Sr Solutions Consultant serves as a subject matter expert on the Clearwater/Enfusion Solution, harnessing their profound expertise in hedge fund technology, competitive landscape, and industry best practices. Responsibilities Win new business to meet team sales quotas. Work closely with the Sales team to go through the discovery process and qualify deals. Lead demos to showcase the value proposition, benefits, and functionality of the system. Work with prospective clients to understand their current systems, processes, business requirements, pain points, and how their operations will be enhanced by utilizing the Clearwater solution. Own the RFP/RFI process for prospective clients from start to finish. Document solution requirements and prospect/client processes to ensure successful implementation and customer delight. Provide relevant product and market feedback to Clearwater’s product management, development, global delivery, and client services teams. Travel for in-person demonstrations as well as virtual demonstrations. Required Skills Proven record of exceeding goals/quotas. Relevant experience in Hedge Funds, Investment Management, OMS/PMS, Market Data, and/or Investment Operations/Accounting. Commitment to agility, continuous learning, improvement, and operational excellence. Strong product demonstration skills. Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities. Education and Experience Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in business, finance, accounting and/or relevant area of focus. 7+ years of relevant experience in a Pre‑Sales or Onboarding role at a financial technology firm. Compensation Salary Range $120,000.00 - $168,000.00 USD annual salary, plus bonus plan.
