Travel Inpatient Pharmacy Tech | San Mateo, California

Location: San Mateo, CA (Palo Alto healthcare facility)

Job Type: Travel (with potential for temp-to-hire)

Schedule: Variable days and afternoons, 8-hour shifts


Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications for pediatric inpatients
• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare teams to ensure safe medication administration
• Utilize EPIC software for order entry and medication tracking
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards
• Support the pharmacy department's daily operations with attention to detail and efficiency

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician in hospital inpatient settings
• Familiarity with pediatric pharmacy practices is highly valued
• Experience with EPIC software or similar electronic health records (EHR) systems
