Administrative Assistant 449 Center St Green Cove Springs, FL 32043 Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our office operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, dependable, bilingual , and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a timely manner Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Process burn permits accurately and efficiently Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed Assist with filing, scanning and organizing documents Provide general administrative support to staff as needed Assist Human Resources with administrative tasks as required Requirements Willing to be HIPAA certified after hired Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus Ability to work a full-time schedule 401(k) Health insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vallencourt Constuction Company
