Leading critical technical initiatives, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will manage high-impact programs across the Insurance platform, driving cross-functional execution and operational efficiency in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Lead high-impact technical programs, optimizing systems and processes from discovery through delivery Drive cross-team program coordination to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs Establish scalable frameworks and systematic improvements for operational challenges Required qualifications: Proven experience managing complex programs across engineering, operations, finance, and compliance Ability to navigate and influence diverse stakeholder landscapes effectively Experience in implementing operational improvements and tooling that enhance efficiency Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical complexity to senior leadership Passion for building accessible mental healthcare systems and driving meaningful change
