Carla Boutin State Farm is seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Associate who is motivated to grow, build lasting customer relationships, and maximize their earning potential. If you're a goal-oriented, energetic, driven sales professional who enjoys helping customers protect what matters most while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.
Applicants must already hold active Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses to be considered.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through referrals, leads, networking, and agency marketing initiatives
- Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance and financial services products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple product lines
- Manage and follow up on sales opportunities in a timely manner
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to agency growth
