The Vice President, Product Management for the Puppet Team at Perforce is searching for a Product Manager to join the team. The Product Manager at Perforce will drive product strategy by identifying market opportunities, understanding customer needs, and translating business goals into a clear product vision. This role bridges the gap between market demand, customer value, and business outcomes - owning the product roadmap and ensuring every investment delivers measurable impact.

- Define and own the product strategy, grounded in customer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and business priorities. >
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals, adapts to market shifts, and clearly communicates priorities to stakeholders across the business. >
- Champion the voice of the customer - engaging directly with customers, prospects, and partners to uncover unmet needs and validate product direction. >
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver products that drive revenue growth and customer retention. >
- Lead go-to-market planning in partnership with Marketing and Sales, ensuring successful product launches and adoption. >
- Work with Marketing and sales to create and execute marketing campaigns >
- Define, track, and report on key product metrics - translating performance data into actionable decisions that improve outcomes and ensure profitability >
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to sharpen positioning and identify growth opportunities. >
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers, raising the overall capability of the team. >
- May be required to support additional products/brands as needed. >
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B or enterprise software >
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field >
- Demonstrated track record of bringing successful products to market - from strategy through launch - as well as growing and scaling products post-launch to drive sustained business impact >
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue, retention, and growth outcomes >
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders - from the C-suite to customers and partners >
- Proven experience partnering with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution >
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define success metrics, identify trends, and translate insights into clear decisions >
- Highly collaborative, with a demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams >
- Pragmatic Institute (formerly Pragmatic Marketing) certification or equivalent >
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) >
- Experience in competitive markets requiring strong differentiation and positioning >
$120,850 - $173,000 a year Additionally, this position is eligible for benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, life insurance, wellness programs, total time off, and other employee perks that may be offered by Perforce from time to time. The actual offer will depend on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's education, skills, qualifications, depth of experience and other relevant business considerations.
