Skip to main content Back to all Careers AC Technician Nextbridge is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cooling and air-conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience and the ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cooling and air-conditioning systems. Test electrical and mechanical components to identify faults. Detect and repair refrigerant leaks and ensure AC systems operate safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning filters, washing condenser coils, clearing drain lines, and testing system performance. Diagnose system issues and carry out necessary repairs or replacements. Maintain proper records and documentation of routine maintenance and repair activities. Follow all safety procedures while handling electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related components. Requirements Minimum Matriculation (Science or Arts). At least 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/AC repair and maintenance. Good understanding of electrical and mechanical components of cooling systems. Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy parts and working in confined spaces. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
