Receptionist/File Clerk

We are searching for someone upbeat and enthusiastic to join our team! We currently have an opening for a Front Desk Receptionist / File Clerk to greet customers, answer calls and support daily administrative operations as needed.
Pay range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourResponsibilities include:
- Greeting customers at the front desk
- Answering and directing phone calls for our service and sales department
- Scanning, filing, and organizing documents
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Restocking office and break room supplies
- Cleaning and maintaining the break room area
- Delivery of inter-dealership/office work between locations
- Offsite bank deposits
- Assisting with general administrative tasks
Evenings and weekends are required. Toyota of Puyallup is a family-owned business and is renowned throughout the automotive industry as a great place to work.
