Senior Oncology Specialist - TOPAZ - Charlotte, NC

Amgen seeks a Senior Oncology Specialist to serve as the primary clinical liaison for oncology products in the Charlotte-area territory. The role involves developing territory plans, executing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and communicating clinical and economic benefits to medical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive territory sales plans with branded messaging and educational programs
• Serve as primary clinical contact providing product knowledge to healthcare professionals
• Manage customer accounts, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain product contracts
• Develop marketing strategies to drive sales and analyze territory business effectiveness
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and maintain product passion throughout sales cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years healthcare sales or clinical experience
• Or Associate degree with 6+ years relevant healthcare or sales experience
• Or High school diploma with 8+ years relevant healthcare or sales experience
• Preferred: 3+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience
• Preferred: Prior oncology, nephrology, dermatology, or inflammation specialty exposure
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration
