Collateral Recovery Team LLC is hiring experiencedRepossession Agentsfor ourAustinlocation. We have served Texas for over15 years, operating inHouston, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Austin, and we continue to grow rapidly. We recovered more vehicles in Texas than any other agency in 2025 and will continue to do so. We are always seeking to hire top agents around the US.
We only hire true team playersagents who want strong leadership, top-tier equipment, and the ability tomaximize earningswith a company built to help you succeed.

Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum2 years repossession experience
- Clean driving record
- Must passpre- employmentandrandom drug tests
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Basic computer skills
- MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER
Licenses/Certifications
(Not required prior to hire, but needed for the job)
- ValidTX Drivers License
- ValidTDLR Consent Tow License(or higher)
- CARS Cert(can be obtained after hire)
Physical Requirements
- Able to sit in tow truck for prolonged periods
- Heavy lifting required
- Must have good mobility

Additional Responsibilities
