Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Skilled nursing facility experience is required.

- Shift Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Location Highlights
Odin offers a quiet small-town setting in southern Illinois with access to larger regional destinations. Salem is about 15 miles away for dining and daily conveniences, and Carlyle Lake is about 35 miles away for boating, fishing, and waterfront recreation. Centralia is about 20 miles from Odin and provides Amtrak service on the Illini and Saluki routes, while Rend Lake is about 50 miles away for hiking, camping, and outdoor weekends. St. Louis is roughly 85 miles southwest and offers major attractions such as Forest Park and the Gateway Arch, giving travelers access to urban entertainment while living in a more rural setting.
