Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify an Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its  Labor & Employment business unit in Atlanta, GA . Candidates must hold an active Georgia Bar license .

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:

• Extensive experience litigating employment matters, including claims involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and restrictive covenant enforcement

• Significant litigation experience, including drafting and arguing pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery motions, as well as managing all phases of complex employment litigation

• Experience taking and defending depositions and preparing witnesses

• Strong strategic thinking and case management skills, with the ability to assess risk, develop litigation strategy, and effectively advocate for clients in high-stakes matters

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic

• Excellent writing, oral advocacy, communication, and legal research skills

• Willingness to learn basic commercial contract review is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $175,000 – $210,000 annually (DOE)
