Title: Commercial Attorney
Practice: Real Estate Litigation
Location: Atlanta Office (3/2 hybrid)
A burgeoning law firm ranked in the AmLaw 100 league is in search of an accomplished litigator with a minimum of three years of experience in complex commercial litigation, preferably with landlord-tenant disputes, premises liability, homeowners' association compliance and general commercial real estate litigation cases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all phases of litigation,
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings,
- Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis,
- Engaging in motion practice and delivering persuasive oral advocacy.
This opportunity offers a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive benefits suite, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer contribution, and performance-based bonuses for meeting reasonable annual hourly requirements.
