About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for Mechanical Construction. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and energizing the company across all departments, with a focus on driving the development of competitive and strategic operations. This role is pivotal in winning work and fueling growth, and the VP will be responsible for establishing and strengthening business development and project management practices. The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction management or engineering, with a preference for those who also have over 10 years' of experience as a Project Manager for a mechanical contractor. Experience in leadership, operations, and business development is essential, as is a superior drive, work ethic, communication skills, and emotional intelligence. As the Vice President of Operations, the role involves championing innovative approaches for design-build and energy projects, and transforming past project insights into smarter, forward-looking decisions.
