We’re hiring a Belt Fabricator / Belt Technician to join our Roselle, IL branch—a critical role where you’ll fabricate, repair, and customize conveyor belts that keep our customers’ operations running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Fabricate, build, and repair lightweight and heavyweight conveyor belts
• Install and vulcanize belts and conveyor components
• Read work orders and accurately measure, cut, splice, and assemble belting materials
• Receive and verify materials and maintain an organized shop area
• Use hand tools, fabrication equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Represent Belt Power professionally in everything you do

What we're looking for

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
• Comfort using hand tools and working in a fabrication/shop environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Previous belt fabrication, maintenance, or hands‐on industrial experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
