Parched Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Server to join our team at Daintree Rooftop in the LES. Our number one priority is fun, energetic, authentic people—our team and our culture is everything. Server Responsibilities- Deliver polished, intuitive food and beverage service
- Anticipate guest needs without interrupting conversation
- Guide guests through the cocktail and food menu with confidence
- Create genuine connections and foster a social atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail on the floor
- Confident and correct use of POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, and management
- Warm, radiant, and naturally hospitable
- Calm, composed, and attentive under pressure
- Social and connective—comfortable engaging with guests
- Observant and detail-driven
- 3–4 years experience in an elevated bar or restaurant
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure and grace
- Ability to deliver food and drinks to guests quickly and correctly
- The ability to stand or walk for long periods
- The ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
