Cocktail Server

Nothing Really Matters is a cocktail bar in Midtown Manhattan. The program is intentional, the room has its own energy, and the team takes genuine pride in the experience we put out every night. We're looking for a cocktail server who wants to be part of that.

What we're looking for:

You have real New York experience, you know your way around a cocktail menu, and you understand what good hospitality actually feels like from the guest's side of the table. You're attentive without being overbearing, you keep your section tight during a busy service, and you bring a level of professionalism that doesn't need to be asked for.

• 1+ year of serving experience in NYC, in a cocktail bar, lounge, nightlife environment, or full-service restaurant
• Solid knowledge of cocktails and spirits, and a genuine interest in the craft
• A warm, confident presence with guests that holds up under pressure
• Strong organizational instincts and the ability to stay composed when it gets busy
• Consistent, reliable, and accountable

What the role looks like:

• Providing attentive, informed table service in a cocktail-forward environment
• Guiding guests through the menu and making recommendations that feel genuine
• Staying closely in sync with the bar team to keep service running smoothly
• Handling the unexpected with composure and good judgment
• Representing Under Pressure Hospitality's standards on every shift

The details:

• Hourly rate commensurate with experience, plus tips
• Part-time schedule
• Evening and weekend availability required
