You will work with hiring managers across business and technical functions to source, engage, and hire talent for go-to-market roles and corporate teams. Your work will directly impact our ability to grow, helping shape our culture and future success. This role is ideally based in San Francisco or New York City, but we welcome remote candidates.What You Will DoManage the end-to-end recruiting process to create a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teamsDevelop and implement search strategies for a range of business, corporate, and technical rolesPartner closely with stakeholders to define hiring needs and sourcing plansIdentify, engage, and guide candidates throughout the interview and offer processAnalyze hiring data and processes to find and address root causes or inefficienciesRecommend and drive improvements in recruiting processes, documentation, and toolsAdvise candidates on closing strategies to ensure high acceptance ratesContribute to ongoing refinements in hiring systems and approachesWhat We're Looking ForExperience recruiting for both business and technical positions, ideally within the enterprise software sectorStrong ability to operate independently, quickly learning new roles, markets, and processesA track record of hiring in highly competitive talent marketsAt least four years of experience in recruiting, including outbound searchEffective communication skills with the credibility to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholdersAttention to detail, accountability, and a drive to deliver on hiring targetsComfort moving between strategic planning and hands-on recruiting tasksExperience with Ashby or similar recruiting toolsWhat We OfferWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
