Job Title: Shipping Location: 2305 Walnut St, Roseville, MN 55113 Duration: 12 Month contract Shift: 12:00pm to 8:30pm Pay: $22/h on W2

Position Summary

Responsible for accurate inventory storage, precise order preparation, and daily shipping operations within the distribution center. Ensures seamless processing of customer orders through ERP systems while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Preparation & Shipping: Accurately prepare, label, and meter packages for shipment using various freight systems and the ERP system.
• Inventory Management: Store incoming and existing products accurately in designated warehouse locations.
• Daily Staging: Perform daily preparatory tasks to streamline the following day's shipping activities.
• Facility & Safety Maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment throughout the warehouse.
• Compliance & Quality: Support divisional initiatives adhering to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems and standard freight metering/labeling procedures preferred.

Distribution Center Dress Code & Safety Standards

• Footwear: Closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times.
• Pants: Long pants required at all times (shorts are strictly prohibited). Pants must be worn securely at waist level with no visible undergarments.
• Tops: Tank tops and cutoff shirts are prohibited. Hooded sweatshirts are permitted, but hoods must remain down at all times.
• Headwear & Eyewear: Hats of any type and sunglasses are strictly prohibited on the distribution center floor.
• Professional Standards: Apparel featuring slogans, images, or language that could be interpreted as offensive is strictly prohibited.
