Retail Inventory Associate - Driver Mornings Part‑time position. Starting wage $19.00–$21.00. Requires a valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months. Flexible hours, including early mornings and late nights. Responsibilities Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner, adhering to traffic laws, WIS driver safety requirements, and vehicle inspection/maintenance. Count and record inventory with precision using handheld scanners or count tools. Follow a clear, consistent workflow and meet daily performance goals. Requirements At least 21 years old to operate a van; at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle. Minimum 3 years proven driving experience. Valid driver’s license for at least 36 consecutive months; willing to submit to pre‑employment screening, MVR check, and investigative consumer report. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts; comfortable using handheld scanners. Strong focus and attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a positive team‑oriented attitude. Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver, or Warehouse work is preferred but not required; training provided for those without inventory experience. Access to reliable transportation. Benefits Competitive pay: up to $2.00 wage increase in the first 6 months, maximum $5.00. Referral bonus: $200 for each successful referral.
