Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Farmington, Connecticut . The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures while collaborating closely with surgeons and surgical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment and supplies are available.

• Assist the surgical team throughout procedures, maintaining a sterile field.

• Monitor patient status and vital signs during surgery.

• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.

• Follow all infection control and safety protocols.

• Provide post-operative care and education to patients and families.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Active RN License (CT or Compact State).

• Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience .

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
