\nTop ENR general contractors are seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on large-scale mission critical, industrial, and manufacturing projects across the U.S. Projects include hyperscale data centers, advanced manufacturing facilities, food & beverage processing plants, and large distribution centers.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Manage day-to-day site operations on ground-up construction projects \n
- Coordinate subcontractors and field teams \n
- Maintain schedule, safety, and quality standards \n
- Lead coordination for MEP installations and commissioning activities \n
- Work closely with project management and ownership teams \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- 5+ years Superintendent experience \n
- Ground-up industrial or data center construction preferred \n
- Ability to travel. Travel schedule dependent on project assignment. \n
- Procore or similar construction software experience \n
