You will be tasked with providing high-quality care throughout the treatment continuum, including assessment, intervention, rehabilitation, and preventative care.

Our team comprises highly trained professionals, including two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), all committed to exceptional patient care.

Work Environment

This physical therapist position is onsite, providing direct, hands-on care to patients in our modern facility. You will work a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with hours set from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient goals and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and aspirations.
• Manage a caseload averaging one patient per hour, ensuring that each session is focused and productive.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to create comprehensive care plans that address patient limitations and enhance mobility.
• Deliver cost-effective treatment modalities aimed at improving range of motion and overall physical health.
• Educate patients on alternative approaches to reduce dependency on medications and potential surgeries.
• Design customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their treatment journey, fostering a commitment to their rehabilitation.
• Encourage lifestyle changes by promoting strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment protocols, and progress using EMR software, specifically WebPT.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to devise a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Regularly evaluate and monitor treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Revive Physiotherapy Solutions, you will engage primarily with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our patient population represents a diverse range of ages and physical capabilities, allowing for varied and dynamic treatment experiences. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT) is mandatory.
• A valid state license to practice as a physical therapist in Florida.
• An untarnished professional background with no history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques that facilitate effective patient treatment.
• Exceptional ability in developing and implementing targeted exercise protocols.
• Experience in utilizing EMR platforms, especially WebPT, for efficient patient record management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly preferred.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Familiarity with the principles of sports medicine and its relevant therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
