Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java middle-tier services and client-facing web applications and a proven ability to design, build, and support scalable, stable solutions within Agile SDLC .

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, test, support, maintain, and debug middle-tier services and client-facing web applications.
• Utilize modern development technologies to meet business requirements.
• Provide strategic technical direction and define system architecture for initiatives and the technology stack.
• Represent the technical team within Agile SDLC processes.
• Collaborate with external programming teams to deliver software on time and within budget.
• Monitor and improve the stability and performance of existing applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java for back-end and middle-tier development.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills for software design and development.
• Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
• Prior .NET experience and willingness to work with .NET Core as needed.
• Experience level: 5 to 7 years in relevant IT roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Agile/Scrum delivery experience and SDLC representation.
• Exposure to Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and performance monitoring.

Role Logistics

• Start month: October.
• Interview process: 1-2 rounds. Video required. In-person required.
• Verification: Glider ID verification.
• Hybrid schedule: Minimum of 3 days onsite per week.
• Submission guidance: Max 3 submissions per vendor.
