Senior HR Business Partner (Canada)

Supporting Go-to-Market teams, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner (Canada) will partner with leaders to enhance team effectiveness, manage employee lifecycle processes, and drive high-impact People programs in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Collaborate with Go-to-Market leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management Oversee key employee lifecycle processes, including offboarding, employee relations, and other People Operations initiatives Lead high-impact People programs focused on manager development, engagement initiatives, and performance reviews Required qualifications 5+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth environment Experience supporting Go-to-Market functions with a strong interest in these organizations In-depth knowledge of Canadian employment law and HR practices Hands-on approach with a balance of strategic partnership and operational execution Experience utilizing AI, automation, and data to enhance people programs and processes
