Maintenance Mechanic

Join a growing manufacturing team that produces RV, camping, boating, and outdoor recreation products. We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and repair maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, conveyor, and facility equipment issues
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Complete conveyor repairs and component replacements
• Conduct welding and fabrication as needed
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment
• Respond to breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Document maintenance work and repairs

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with conveyors and production equipment
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and manuals
• Welding, fabrication, and HVAC experience are a plus

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Greensboro, NC.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $70720.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
