Receptionist Responsibilities
· Be the first point of contact by greeting students, staff, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
· Direct calls efficiently to the right individuals, keeping the flow of communication seamless.
· Take and relay messages-both in person and over the phone-to keep everyone connected and informed.
· Maintain an inviting, comfortable lobby that leaves a lasting impression on prospective students and guests.
· Jump in and support various campus activities and projects with a can-do attitude!

What We're Looking For
· High school diploma or equivalent and a customer service background
· Flexible schedule to support our students and staff, including daytime hours (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
· Experience with switchboards and multi-line phone systems-a multitasking pro!
· Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Superior communication skills and a knack for staying organized
· Positive, upbeat, and ready to bring your best every day!
