ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2008 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I was a high school football coach, an experience that shaped my approach to leadership, accountability, and teamwork. I'm a proud Texas A&M graduate, married with three grown children and three grandchildren, and enjoy golfing and hunting in my free time.

Giving back is important to our agency. We're involved with Rotary and enjoy supporting our local schools, Chamber of Commerce, and other community initiatives.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Brian Lane - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
