Client Advisor

Summary The Client Advisor serves as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional client service while achieving individual sales goals. The role builds lasting client relationships through product expertise, storytelling, and tailored recommendations while contributing to boutique performance. Responsibilities Create memorable client experiences through product knowledge, brand storytelling, and personalized styling guidance. Resolve client issues in partnership with boutique leadership and anticipate client needs. Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, housekeeping, and charge-send sales. Organize assigned stock, participate in inventory counts, protect boutique assets, and assist with packing or wrapping merchandise. Requirements At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment. Strong business drive, creativity, fashion interest, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Ability to provide outstanding service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication. Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
