About the Role Above and Beyond Therapy (ABT) is seeking a Georgia‑based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a full‑time Clinical Assessor. This hybrid role may involve remote assessments and in‑person work in the greater Atlanta area. Responsibilities Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments. Design individualized treatment plans of care. Supervise and monitor the progress of ABA technicians and behavior technicians, training and modeling best practices. Provide support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations. Graph data, adjust strategies as needed, and provide routine progress summaries. Perform initial assessments for children and teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. Qualifications Valid BCBA Certificate. Experience working with children and teens with ASD or other developmental disabilities. Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license for travel between assignments.
