Responsibilities Provide evidence‑based ABA services Conduct assessments and treatment planning Supervise and mentor RBTs Build relationships with families and referral partners Lead the growth of ABA services in your local community Qualifications Active BCBA certification Minimum 2 years BCBA experience Current Georgia resident Passion for ethical, family‑centered ABA Interest in greater autonomy and leadership What Headstart Provides Credentialing and payer setup support Billing and operational support Recruiting and referral support Professional development and CEUs Mentorship from experienced BCBA practice leaders Flexible schedule and caseload management Benefits Referral program Continuing education credits Professional development assistance Career development plan Flexible schedule Compensation Typical annual earnings range from $150,000–$250,000+, depending on caseload and services delivered.
