SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST job at Purple Drive. Atlanta, GA. Job Title: Salesforce Functional Consultant Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 10 TO 15 Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills: Sales and Service Cloud certifications required Financial Services Cloud (FSC) certification preferred Experience in banking and financial services domain Ability to define system landscape and deliver CRM solutions Working knowledge of data migration and integration Proven experience designing and implementing business solutions in client-facing and leadership roles Roles & Responsibilities: Execute quick proof of concepts (POCs) Write user stories aligned with Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud capabilities Perform hands‑on work on existing Salesforce implementations Lead business solution design using Salesforce technology and conduct executive discovery sessions Understand and document functional and technical requirements Perform routine Salesforce administration tasks Create documentation including training materials, release notes, user stories, and process flows Coordinate and participate in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders Manage onsite-offshore coordination Report project progress regularly Support testing and training strategy execution #J-18808-Ljbffr Itlearn360
