As a Line Cook, you are responsible for the execution and consistent quality of dishes during service. Qualifications and Key Attributes: Professional, polished, and well-groomed appearance. Strong knife skills and mastery of basic cooking techniques. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes according to Chop’s recipes and specifications. Maintain consistent quality, flavor, and presentation standards throughout service. Manage your station with precision — set up, stock, and clean throughout the shift. Work collaboratively with fellow cooks, chefs, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow. Uphold food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times. Assist with inventory, prep work, and daily kitchen tasks as directed by leadership.
