Groundskeeper/Porter

Groundskeeper Responsibilities Maintain buildings and breezeways free from trash and cobwebs. Sweep and/or blow debris. Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings. Walk the property monthly. Pressure wash the buildings. Prepare market‑ready units. Clean all common areas, model units and amenities. Maintain compactor area free from debris. Qualifications Right attitude and dedication.
