Soldering Assembler – Light Switches & Wire Harnesses

Precision Soldering / Assembly Associate

TeamQuest Staffing is hiring immediately for a Precision Soldering / Assembly Associate. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity for candidates with strong attention to detail and electronics assembly experience.

Pay: Starting at $21/hour , with higher pay available based on relevant experience.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–1:30 PM ; overtime may be available or required as production needs arise.

What You’ll Do

• Perform precision soldering on light switches and related components.
• Prepare surfaces, apply flux, heat components, and create secure, high-quality solder connections.
• Prepare light strips and assemble wire leads and wire harnesses.
• Assemble wire leads according to layout drawings and work instructions.
• Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and workmanship.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous soldering, electronics assembly, wire harness, or production assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow layout drawings and work instructions.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Must be eligible for  E-Verify employment verification.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when needed.
