Key Responsibilities\n

• Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct detailed assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, establish clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using effective therapeutic techniques suited to the goals and unique circumstances of each client.

• Crisis Support: Provide immediate intervention and support to clients facing acute psychological crises, ensuring their safety and well-being is prioritized.

• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, including treatment notes and progress assessments that comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care for clients, attending regular team meetings to discuss treatment approaches.

• Client Education: Inform and educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources available to support their journey towards recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Our clients come from various backgrounds and age groups, each bringing unique stories and challenges. Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor is not only to provide therapeutic services but also to empower clients, helping them develop the tools needed for resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Active license as a Mental Health Counselor (options include LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Culture of Care Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
