Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2090 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• ADN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - University of Kansas.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - 1 or more years’ experience as a Telemetry RN in a hospital setting.

Preferred Credentials: - BSN preferred.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend required. - No call. - Holidays required based on unit needs; travelers must work two major holidays, choosing from Thanksgiving Eve or Day, Christmas Eve or Day, and New Year’s Eve or Day.

Unit Details: - General med-surg/tele unit with a catch-all patient population.

Floating Requirements: - Will likely occasionally float outside of their hired unit based on divisional needs. Units they might float to would be an acute care unit or overflow/surge (which houses med/surg patients).

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
