Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project. Regular and predictable attendance is required. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling metal structure components with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of blueprints and production orders and the ability to operate various hand and power tools. Position Responsibilities Performs composite lay‑up, fabrication and assembly tasks Assembles precision mechanical and electro‑mechanical components Assembles and installs wire harnesses and avionics products Performs basic organic chemical conversion and paint preparation Applies routine organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance requirements Works on articles of moderate complexity using established drawings and requirements Required Skills Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed Able to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting Able to lift/carry up to 35 lbs Preferred Skills 1+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ months experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience Experience with managing or working to safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data Experience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5‑S tools) Pay Rate Range Min Pay Rate $24 Max Pay Rate $29 Currency USD Unit hourly Benefits Information *Optional Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Tundra Technical Solutions is among North America’s leading providers of Staffing and Consulting Services.
