REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

HARTZ Search has been exclusively retained by a growing pediatric home health organization to conduct a search for its Regional Director of Operations in a major metropolitan market in the U.S. The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of multiple branch locations, ensuring consistent service delivery, continuity of care, regulatory compliance, financial discipline, and achievement of key operational goals.

This leader drives accountability, process adherence, and disciplined execution across clinical, scheduling, and administrative teams while maintaining a strong focus on patient, client, family, and referral partner satisfaction.

The Regional Director leads branch teams to move with urgency, resolve operational challenges, maintain appropriate staffing and coverage, manage escalations, use dashboards and scorecards to drive decisions, and deliver high-quality pediatric home health services aligned with company standards and values.

Position Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services field preferred.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

• Three (3)+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
