Human Resources Administrator Opportunity Graphic Packaging International is a foodservice cup forming manufacturing operation seeking candidates to join our Clarksville, TN team. This job posting is for a Human Resources Administrator. Hourly wage begins at $20.12/hour, progressing to $21.33/hour at 12 months. Job Summary The Human Resources Administrator will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring hourly talent within the production/manufacturing field. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle. The position will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department supervisors to understand specific job requirements. Additionally, the position will support location needs such as event coordination, communication distribution, and other duties as assigned by the leadership team. Education Preferred High School Diploma or GED, required Experience / Skills Required 18 years or older, required Minimum of 2 years prior experience in office/professional experience strongly preferred Excellent computer literacy and keyboarding skills - Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal communications and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Demonstrated organizational skills and strongly detail oriented Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work in a high-paced, multi-tasking and ever-changing environment Ability to follow verbal and written instruction Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position, with or without accommodation. This includes walking or standing for extended periods of time, up to 10 hours; climbing stairs; lifting to 50 pounds; carrying to 30 pounds; lowering to 30 pounds from a height of 4 feet; pushing to 250 pounds using carts or other various tools; visual acuity and depth perception; working in various temperatures and humidity levels.
