Overview Business Development Manager — Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm Banner Physical Therapy - East Valley, Gilbert, AZ Responsibilities Responsible for identifying and developing physician referral opportunities with new business customers. Responsible for identifying and developing relationships with employers, third party administrators, and insurance carriers. Maintains positive relationships with existing customers. Must be self-directed, motivated and believe in the value of working as a team within a market and region. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Prior experience with physical and occupational therapy is preferred. Excellent communications and organizational skills a MUST.
