Senior Environmental Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Planner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing environmental planning projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You will conduct environmental impact assessments, prepare detailed reports, and provide strategic guidance for sustainable land use and development initiatives. Your expertise will be vital in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to facilitate project approvals and promote environmentally responsible practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of environmental policies, land use planning, and natural resource management. You will be expected to mentor junior staff, enhance project workflows, and contribute to the development of innovative strategies to address complex environmental challenges. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be required to present findings to clients, stakeholders, and public agencies. A degree in Environmental Science, Planning, or a related field, along with relevant certifications and a minimum of five years of experience in environmental planning, is required.
