Customer Service Specialist

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST Pay Rate: $24/hour on W2 Job Summary We are seeking a Platform Specialist to support transactional operations, customer requests, data quality, and platform-related activities. This role will handle unique or complex transactions, process requests accurately and efficiently, and ensure all activities meet established service-level requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in transaction/order processing, customer support, data quality, reporting, and Microsoft Excel , along with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process customer and business transactions accurately and efficiently. Review, verify, update, correct, and modify transactions as requested. Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy of transaction information. Respond to platform inquiries and resolve issues within established SLAs. Perform order-entry and other transactional support activities. Generate data-quality reports, metrics, and insights. Analyze data to identify trends, errors, and opportunities for improvement. Identify opportunities to improve business processes and increase platform adoption. Collaborate with Account Managers, Business Owners, and internal teams to resolve requests. Provide general operational support to team members. Prioritize multiple requests while maintaining accuracy, speed, and quality. Required Skills & Qualifications 2-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience, with approximately 3+ years of functional experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with approximately 5 years of relevant functional experience. Experience with transaction processing, order processing, order entry, or operations support . Strong understanding of data quality, data accuracy, and data validation . Customer service or client support experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook . Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights and trends. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize work and operate with urgency.Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
