Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail oriented Finance Associate to support analysis & reporting of past and future financial performance; e.g., asset and revenue trends, profitability analysis, client pricing, advisor economics and incentives, firm valuation and M&A support. This role will also involve supporting our small team’s transition to more automated approaches to core financial processes including revenue and compensation calculations, billing and payments, and financial statement preparation, with new software and AI tools. Extrapolate and maintain 5-year forecast, valuation and cap table. Review and continually enhance our attribution modeling and reporting to provide a clear understanding of practice performance and the impact on advisor compensation and incentives. Pricing and Profitability: Update quarterly profitability analysis at client, segment, advisor levels. Identify trends, macro drivers, customer acquisition costs; provide insights to optimize market offering and pricing. Develop pricing tools and support ad hoc client pricing needs of Advisors and the Family Office Solutions team. Ad Hoc Analysis: Assist the CEO, CFO, Corporate Development team and PE sponsor with financial due diligence and return analysis for M&A and acquire targets. Support evaluation of new business lines, fee structures, compensation policies and strategic initiatives with financial modeling and scenario analysis FP&A Infrastructure: Own FP&A platform, maintaining data connections among our general ledger (QuickBooks Online), portfolio reporting system (Addepar), and data warehouse.
